Clinical mastery, witnessed.

Why it took longer

We made a conscious decision not to simply reopen Level 3.

Instead, over the past year, we've fundamentally redeveloped it.

The strongest version of Level 3 we have ever created.

As the InCorr Method has continued to evolve through our clinical work, research, teaching and supervision, it became clear that Level 3 needed to evolve too.

Rather than delivering the same programme again, we wanted to create something that truly reflected where the method is today — with deeper clinical frameworks, richer case conceptualisation, advanced supervision, and, at its heart, a body of real clinical work you can learn from directly.

TwoFull Clinical Libraries

The clinical libraries

Two clients. Two complete journeys.

These aren't short demonstrations or edited highlights. Level 3 gives you two full clinical libraries — two different clients, each followed across their entire course of therapy, and each complex in nature.

Following one client all the way through is a fundamentally different education from watching isolated sessions. You see the whole arc: how the picture changes as the work deepens, what returns, what resolves, and how the method holds across time rather than in a single moment.

Every session is fully indexed and timestamped, organised by clinical theme — so you can move straight to the moments that matter: a relational rupture, a shift in embodiment, the pacing of a deepening. These become working references you return to, not archives you watch once.

Those clinical libraries now sit at the heart of Level 3.

What you'll study

Two journeys, followed all the way through.

Each library is a complete case in its own right — a different client, a different presentation, a different route through the work. Studied side by side, they show you that the method is not a script to repeat but a way of seeing that adapts to the person in front of you.

Clinical Library One

A complex presentation, followed session by session

Watch the full arc of the work with a client whose presentation carries real complexity. You see the early caution, the shape of the protection, the moments the work opens — and the clinical reasoning behind each decision as it's being made.

Clinical Library Two

A different client, a different route through

A separate client with a different history, pattern and pace. Studying the two alongside each other is where the real learning sits: you begin to see what stays constant in the method, and what must change for the person in the room.

Depth

Case studies that show how far the model reaches

Alongside the two libraries, you'll work through further case studies chosen to demonstrate the depth of the InCorr Method — the work at its most layered, where the framework is carrying genuine weight and complexity, and where the reasoning matters most.

Honesty

And case studies where the model didn't work

This is the part most trainings leave out. You'll also study cases where the work stalled, where the method didn't land as intended, and where something had to change.

You'll look at what was happening clinically, how it was recognised, and how it was handled — because knowing what to do when the work isn't working is not a footnote to mastery. It is mastery. Every experienced practitioner meets this. Level 3 prepares you for it rather than pretending it doesn't happen.

What observation teaches

You begin to see not only what to do — but why.

You witness the moment-by-moment clinical decisions that theory alone can never fully teach. Repeated observation is how therapeutic judgement is actually formed.

01

The subtle shifts

Learn to recognise the small shifts in embodiment that signal when a client is ready to go deeper — or when they aren't.

02

The rationale beneath

Understand the reasoning behind each intervention, so choices in the room become deliberate rather than instinctive guesswork.

03

The pacing of the work

Appreciate how timing and pacing hold safety, and how the InCorr continuum guides the depth of each session.

You move from understanding the method to seeing the way it sees.

The depth Level 3 is built for

The complexity we're learning to hold.

Level 3 is organised around the clinical situations that most often stall the work — taught through focused workshops, real case studies and live demonstration, each anchored to sessions in the library. This is where competence becomes judgement.

Wrapping

Recognising how a client moves around primary pain rather than into it — and working with that protection instead of against it.

Relational wounding

Working with wounding as it surfaces inside the therapeutic relationship itself, where so much of the real material lives.

Clinical complexity

Holding presentations where several patterns intersect at once, without losing the thread of the work.

Multiple primary pain points

Conceptualising and sequencing the work when there is more than one core wound to attend to.

Living under the wound

Supporting clients whose whole life has organised itself beneath an unresolved primary pain.

Deepening & non-externalisation

Keeping the work embodied and internal — resisting the pull to externalise, so the client stays with what matters.

Inside the programme

What you can expect

Self-study & pre-recorded seminars

Work at your own pace through structured teaching, including self-study from a real client's material and journey in audio form.

Monthly live online workshops

Practical, experiential sessions built around real case studies, role-play and live demonstration — not just discussion. Every workshop is recorded and added to your Academy.

Two full clinical libraries

Two different clients, each followed across their complete course of therapy — plus case studies showing the depth of the model, and cases where it didn't work and how that was handled.

Deeper clinical frameworks

Expanded teaching that reflects where the InCorr Method is today, sharpening how you conceptualise and hold complex work.

Enhanced case conceptualisation

A richer approach to understanding each client — their history, their pattern, and the level of embodiment they can safely access.

CPD-integrated supervision

Structured, in-depth supervision that doubles as continuing professional development — led with a focus on deepening the work and holding it internally, without externalising.

It all follows a clear clinical roadmap — a considered mix of self-study, pre-recorded seminars, practical live workshops and CPD supervision, with lifetime access to everything.

Who it's for

Beyond competence, toward mastery.

  • Level 3 is for practitioners who want to move beyond competence and towards genuine clinical mastery.
  • It's about refining your judgement and deepening your understanding of the InCorr Method.
  • It's about working confidently with complexity, rather than retreating from it.
  • And it's about integrating the principles so fully that they become a natural way of seeing — and working with — your clients.

Designed for graduates of InCorr Level 2 who feel ready to continue the journey.

Shauna Quigley

Shauna is a person-centred psychotherapist, trainer and founder of the InCorr Method — Interoceptive Core Reconsolidation. Her work helps therapists and embodied practitioners understand why some clients cannot safely access the emotional and bodily material beneath their story, even when they are insightful, reflective and deeply committed to healing.

What is the client actually being asked to access when we invite them into the body — and do they have the safety, awareness and capacity to go there?

Through her own healing process and years of clinical practice, Shauna developed the InCorr Method as a complete framework for the relationship between trauma, interoception, disunity, primary pain and embodied emotional healing. Based in Ireland, she continues to practise, teach and develop the method through professional training for therapists, counsellors, coaches and embodied practitioners.
